I cannot download my purchase! What shall I do?
Download Instructions - Scroll down to Q.3 read this before placing an order.

Please understand that problems can occur.
Just let us know which file(s) you had problems with and they will be sent manually using www.filemail.com. The files will normally be sent out during the hours of 9.00am - 7.00pm GMT/BST as the computers are not manned 24 hours a day.
Email addresses are not displayed to prevent spam.

Do I need any special software to open the PDF files?
The downloads are in PDF format, you will need Acrobat Reader which can be obtained for free at:
www.adobe.com.
Your purchase(s) will arrive in ZIP folder(s). Some browsers will automatically unzip the folders, if yours doesn't, right click on the folder and click 'extract all'.

Will I get an instant download of my purchase?
Yes. After you have made your payment, you are then redirected to the download page where you can download your purchase straight away.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Download Instructions
Once you have made your payment DO NOT click the back button. WAIT for PayPal to re-direct you to the download page.

If you click the back button you will lose the link to the download page.

If you did click the back button don't worry you will still get your downloads, but you will have to contact us for the download links to be sent out manually, include your Name, Order Number.
Download links will be sent out manually using www.filemail.com (add to your address book/allowed senders list) between the hours of 9.00am - 7.00pm GMT/BST
Double check that your email address is correct to receive the emailed links.

Which methods of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal account, credit card and debit card payments by PayPal.
You DO NOT have to set up a PayPal account. When you are directed to the PayPal secure server ignore the login area on the righthand side and goto 'continue' near the debit/credit card logos.

What is a PDF file?
PDF stands for Portable Document Format. These files can be opened in Adobe Reader and most graphics programmes for either printing or editing. If you do not have a graphics programme use Adobe Reader which is now fairly standard on most computers. if you do not have Adobe Reader then download it free from:

Downloads - Limitation of Use.
Can I sell products that I make with the downloads?
Yes, you ARE permitted to sell any products that you make using the downloads for charity or profit. You are NOT permitted to sell the downloads 'as is'. You are NOT permitted to upload the images to any website or any web page, this includes but is not retricted to, Torrent, Cafe press etc., for sharing or to sell for profit or charity. If you do not agree with the terms of use do not purchase.

Saving PDF download files.
Do I OPEN or SAVE the PDF download files?
You will recieve a 'ZIP FOLDER(s)' click 'SAVE' then right click on each folder, then left click 'EXTRACT ALL'.

What size are the files?
Most of the files are in excess of 5mb.
Please ensure that your IP provider will allow large file downloads.

Q1. When I print off the PDF files some of them do not match the size of other layers from the same download. What has happened?
Q2. When I print the images off there are lines/colours missing.
A1:When printing off the files make sure that the "PRINT TO FIT MEDIA' or 'STRETCH TO FIT MEDIA' (or something similar depending on your printer) has been disabled, if it is a drop down box select "NONE'.
A2: This is due to blocked print heads.
Follow your printers manual for cleaning the print heads.

Other things to do/not to do
ONLY select print 'borderless'/'Stretch to fit Media' for BACKING SHEETS.
Image sheets, Insert sheets and cards - make sure print "Borderless'/'Stretch to fit Media' is DISABLED

Re-sizing images.
Can I adjust the download images?
If you have a graphics programme you put the images in and make any adjustments the programme will allow, re-sizing, colour etc.
If you are using porous card the ink will 'bleed', try using cheap photographic paper you can get from the supermarkets, then layer on to card.
When printing backing papers in the 'Print dialogue box' check the 'Print borderless' box, this will eliminate the white edge. (ONLY do this for backing papers)
DO NOT print 'borderless' for the Image sheets, insert sheets or Cards. Ensure that 'Stretch to fit' media or 'fit to page' is also unchecked/disabled.

Can I get a refund?
Because of the nature of digital downloads NO refunds will be given.

What size are the images?
The base images are between 3.5inches and 5 inches (includes frame) approx. saved at 150dpi.
Backing papers and inserts are A4 saved between 100dpi & 150dpi.
If you have a graphics programme you can resize the images to fit on to smaller or larger cards.

I saved the file but now I can't find it.
You must tell your computer where to save the files. If you have 'saved' without first reading this try:- 'My Documents' - 'My Pictures'.
The best place to save your files is on the 'Desk Top'.
Right click a blank part of the screen and choose 'New Folder" from the menu - Call it 'My Downloads' or something you can remember.
You can then either save directly into the folder or save to the Desk Top and then drag the files into your new folder, this will stop your Desk Top becoming cluttered.
